Withdrawal from the contract

Fill in the form and we will confirm receipt by e-mail straight away.

You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

If the service has been provided in full (vignette purchased and activation confirmed), the right to withdraw may be limited and a charge may apply for the performance actually provided. We assess every withdrawal individually and will inform you of the outcome.

We refund to the card you paid with.
